How does the "Call Waiter" feature work?

When a customer scans the table's QR code, they will see a direct option to "Call Waiter" or request assistance. This triggers an instant real-time alert on your staff dashboard or service device, indicating the exact table number so your team can respond immediately, boosting table turnover and service speed. 

Can I track my restaurant's inventory and ingredient levels?

Yes! Quick Menu features a comprehensive inventory management module. You can create item recipes (like tracking the milk, coffee, and syrup used in a Frappuccino), set low-stock automated alerts, and monitor real-time stock deductions automatically every time a sale is made through the POS.

What payment gateways are integrated with the platform?

We support flexible global and regional payment configurations to process secure customer transactions. Quick Menu integrates with major payment providers like Stripe and Razorpay, as well as regional localized solutions like Tap Payments for seamless checkout using local currencies (such as the Qatari Riyal, Australian Dollar, or Philippine Peso). We also support standard Offline/Cash payment workflows.

Can I manage multiple staff roles and permissions?

Absolutely. Quick Menu includes a dedicated Staff Management module. You can generate separate, secure logins for admins, managers, waitstaff, and kitchen teams. Each role is bound to custom user permissions so your kitchen team only sees order tickets (KOT) while your front-of-house team manages tables and billing.

Does it support custom restaurant floor plans and table tracking?
